Field Day is a VOLUNTEER ONLY event.  For the safety and security of all Skaggs Stars, all adults in attendance must fill out this form by end of day, 4/30/26.  Those who are not volunteering will NOT be allowed to stay.  Please ensure that you have also completed your VOLY application.  

Field Day is an opportunity for students, staff, and parent volunteers to fellowship with one another and celebrate positive school culture through physical activity and developmentally appropriate competition.  Our field day is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026.  Skaggs Field Day will begin at 8:15 am and end at 2:00 pm with volunteers arriving around 7:15 am.  In order for this event to be successful, I am requesting 40-50 volunteers to help operate and run stations.  All volunteers will be provided lunch from 10:30-11:30 thanks to our generous PTA.   Volunteers must have a background check completed and on file with PISD.  Information about assigned stations will be sent out via email by me, Coach O'Brian, as the date approaches.  If you are able to volunteer, please sign up below.  Should you have any further questions, please contact me at angela.obrian@pisd.edu.
