You do not need to be a PTA member to volunteer at Skaggs—but all volunteers must complete the Plano ISD Volunteer Application each school year. This application is required for participating in school activities like class parties, field trips, and PTA-sponsored events.

Volunteer approvals from the 2025–2026 school year remain active through June 30, 2026.
